My friend Debbie recently shared this recipe for crispy waffles that has quickly become a family favorite.

2 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg 12 oz club soda
Preheat waffle iron. Combine ingredients with wire wisk and bake until golden brown. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve with real maple syrup and butter.
